Adam’s approach

Hi, I’m Adam.

I am a counsellor and provisional body psychotherapist. I have degrees in counselling, psychology, anatomy and physiology, and body psychotherapy, which I synthesise together and bring to you.

I care about your mind and your body, which is why this therapy integrates verbal counselling and physical body work. I use an integrative approach that is informed by your individual needs. Your safety is my priority.
